Meet Jonah
To our Wealth Advisor, Jonah, managing finances isn’t just about numbers; it’s about managing behavior. With a degree in counseling and psychology, Jonah has a deep understanding of human behavior, emotional responses and decision-making processes—skills that are directly applicable in financial services.
Many financial challenges stem from emotional reactions, such as fear, anxiety or overconfidence, especially during times of market volatility or significant life changes. With years of hands-on experience in financial services, Jonah has developed practical experience in areas like investment planning, risk management and wealth-building strategies, allowing him to combine technical knowledge with behavioral insights to offer a holistic approach to financial planning.
By integrating the relational and behavioral strengths from his counseling and psychology background with the technical experience he’s gained in financial services, Jonah delivers a comprehensive and personalized approach that not only guides clients toward their financial goals, but also helps them feel confident and secure in the process.
Jonah has worked in business management, financial services, personal training and ministry, and he has a double major in counseling and psychology from Crown College. The first part of his undergrad studies was in mathematics from the University of Montana.
Outside of the office, Jonah is avid about fitness and family. You can catch him on the ski hill in the winter and behind a wake surfing boat in the summer. Jonah is married with one child, with another on the way.
